At **Sekhri Mart**, we're committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or could arrive with a defect. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning **defective products only**.
We accept returns **only** for products that are proven to be defective upon arrival. A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing flaw or isn't functioning as intended straight out of the box.
You must initiate a return for a defective product within **seven (7) calendar days** of the original delivery date. Returns initiated after this 7-day window won't be accepted.
To initiate a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:
The customer is responsible for **all shipping costs** associated with returning the defective product to Sekhri Mart. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Defective products must be returned in their **original packaging**, including all accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items that were included with the purchase. While the product is defective, it should otherwise be in as-new condition.
Upon receiving the returned defective product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect.
Refunds for verified defective products will be processed within **5 business days** of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
